Refund Policy

Digital STL purchases

STL packs are digital files. Once files are available to download, the purchase is generally not refundable, except where applicable law or Whop platform rules require otherwise.

If a file is missing or will not open, contact us through Whop before requesting a chargeback. We will try to restore access first.

Online support-service purchases

1-Hour Printer Support is one 60-minute online troubleshooting session. Access lasts 14 days from purchase.

If the session has not been used and you request a refund before access expires, we will review it. After the session has started or access has expired, refunds are limited to cases required by applicable law or Whop platform rules.

This service is remote only. We do not refund on the basis that physical repair or on-site service was expected.

How to request a refund

Use the Contact page or Whop checkout/support tools for the order. Whop may process refunds according to its payment and dispute rules. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
